At about 11:20 today(15th), a reaction kettle explosion occurred in Guangxi Lanke New Materials Co., Ltd. at No. 3, the eastern section of the industrial park in the northern part of Luchuan County, Yulin, Guangxi. According to personnel on the scene, four people have been killed and six injured.

       After the accident, local emergency response, fire prevention and other departments have rushed to the scene to deal with.

       It is understood that the site of the explosion is the reaction kettle in the resin synthesis reaction workshop. The reaction kettle is mainly used for the synthesis of formaldehyde and phenol phenolic resin. The cause of the explosion and property losses are under investigation.
